magnifique album de Raoul Vignal, qui évoque bien des ambiances chères a mes oreilles,, la Lande, le matin très tôt, l'herbe humide encore, la mer au loin, immuable. encore., je suis persuadé que Raoul ne s'est jamais remis du Trystero Empire de Joann Asherton, peut être du grand Elliot, et des immense Radiohead, mais sa musique se suffit a elle mem, magnifique tout simplement ! du bel ouvrage d'artisan pop, ouvragée des heures durant sur et autour de cette folk intemporelle. merci Raoul.

The production choices (and perhaps prevailing influence(s) of the time) date this a bit more where the other albums FEEL more timeless. This legit sounds like Bill Laswell or Real World produced it and that's both good and occasionally excessive in the context of a PMW recording. Trying new things make it a fascinating listen, but for me over-produced & significant level of intimacy is lost. If you have Fête Foraine (and you should have it), you may understand my opinion.
